To purchase items at Trilogy – Payment Center, simply follow the steps listed below. We have considered every way possible to facilitate your purchase and offer many options for you to find what interests you.
How to find a product
You can easily find the products you are looking for by using the resources available on our store when you visit the Trilogy – Payment Center.
Find items through the Menu
The items we offer are divided into categories. Find the categories to the left. Click on a category and a list of items related to the selected category appear.
Find items through Search
Another way to find what interests you is to use the Search system. Find the button to the left called PRODUCT SEARCH. Type a word that identifies the item you are looking for. You must type a word no shorter than 3 letters.
How to buy at the Store
Trilogy – Payment Center uses an interactive Shopping Cart system. You can control the items in your cart and avoid mistakes when choosing items you intend to buy.
Using the Shopping Cart
When you have found the item you want to buy, click the BUY button next to the item. The item will be placed in your shopping cart. The price of the item appears. If you wish to add more items, click the SHOPPING button and the system takes you back to where you last selected an item. The price of the item or the total price of all items you have chosen is visible to the right. You can see the list of items you have added to your shopping cart at any time. Just click the VIEW CART link to the right. All the items in your Shopping Cart will be visible and you can check the price of each item individually, change the quantity of each item, etc. You can also remove items from your shopping cart and calculate the shipping rate.
Finishing your order
When you are done shopping, click the VIEW CART link to the right. You will see a list of all the items in your shopping cart and you can make changes (alter the quantity, remove an item, etc.) Here, complete your ZIP-code, if you are located in Brazil, or inform the country and/or zip code, if abroad and the system will calculate the shipping amount. Next, the method of payment options appears. Select how you wish to pay, taking in account the options available in your country, and click the CHECKOUT button.
Certifying the user
On this page complete your e-mail address and password. If you are a new customer you will need to sign in first. Complete the form with your personal information and delivery address. Next, you will confirm the order.
Order Confirmation
After signing in, your completed order form will appear with the total amount including the shipping.
At check out, your order will enter our system and payment will be confirmed. Customers acknowledge and accept that their personal information be used to verify and approve their credit for each purchase, and authorise our company to validate all customer data and credit standing.
