Freight Calculation
The price of the freight is defined during the purchase. When required, insert the ZIP Code and/or the Country of destination and the system will calculate the price automatically. This price will be added to the price of the goods you are purchasing resulting in the final amount.
Delivery
The delivery time will start upon the confirmation of order payment. Freight price will vary in accordance to the destination, weight and dimensions of the product.
Important: The delivery time of the shipment will start upon the confirmation of the payment from the Credit Card administrator/bank.

Order Cancelling
Keppe & Pacheco shall not be responsible for the shipment of the Products and occasional cancelling of the order in the following situations:
- no authorization of debit generated by the Credit Card administrator in relation to the purchase;
- lack of consistency in the information of the register/order form.
If the purchased Product, for any reason, is out of stock, Keppe & Pacheco will inform you and shall reimburse the amount paid, if the payment was already processed.
